I know it’s tempting to try to jump right in and start talking about the actual product or service that you’re going to sell, but there is a more important factor to consider in internet marketing: relationship-building.

Customers don’t like being sold things they don’t need, but if they are buying from a company they trust, one who delivers valuable content for free – then they know exactly what they’re in for when they go to make a purchase.
